Our breakdown service is available to everyone—not just existing customers—so whether you’ve noticed something isn’t working as it should or your pool has stopped operating altogether, we’re here to help.
Your first point of contact is our ISPE-certified technical team, who can often diagnose issues over the phone. If a site visit is required, we’ll arrange for one of our experienced engineers to attend as quickly as possible.
Leak Investigation & Repair
A falling water level is one of the most common — and often most misleading — issues pool owners experience. Leaks can be invisible when the system is static, only appearing once the pump is running and pressure is applied, or when suction introduces air into otherwise sound-looking pipework.
Accurate diagnosis requires specialist leak detection and pressure testing equipment, along with the experience to interpret the results correctly. Once the source is identified — whether a fitting, gasket, skimmer body or section of pipework — we carry out the repair and fully test the system to confirm the issue is resolved. If the fault extends into the plant room, we trace and resolve it there as well.
